  • Great Bluetooth !!
I bought this product for a birthday gift for my friend. He drives a standard car and it's a safety hazard to be on the phone while driving, especially trying to shift gears. He opened it yesterday, charged it and was using it in a manner of minutes. Very simple to setup and I can hear him clearly...doesn't sound like he is in a tunnel. The quality is very good. I was skeptical about getting a blue tooth because I hadn't gotten much feedback from anyone until my sister got this one and recommended it to me. Good product and not too expensive.
  • So far so good
This is the first bluetooth I have owned and I bought it about a week ago. so far I have had only one problem, I cannot get the earpiece I put on off. it comes with 3 different earpieces and I wanted to try all 3 but I cannot get the first one I put on off. now this is not a big deal because I like the one I put on just fine. actually I like it a lot. but I am curious how the other 2 feel.
but overall a very good piece of technology. I can get about 15 feet from my phone and in my pocket it works great. nobody I have talked to on it even realized I was on a bluetooth. so no real complaints at all! definitely worth the sale price!
  • A quality piece
It works well and does what it supposed to. I use it both with my cell phone and with my speech recognition software. I recommend it!
  • works well
Both reception and transmission are great. No one complains that they cannot hear. This is comprotable and stays on. I like this better than my jawbone.
  • comfortable, great sound, great battery, great product
Treated me great - would def recommend, fits perfectly and comfortably into your ear, battery lasts long time, the sound is great for myself and the person i'm talking to - it filters outside noise beautifully - great product.

Customer Reviews:
  • Great once you calibrate it
I got my Nike+ sensor 2 weeks ago and am using it with an iPod Nano (1st generation, the squarish one). It was very easy to get started, I just skimmed over the instruction booklet, popped the sensor in my shoe and the receiver in my iPod. The menus were pretty easy to follow to start a workout session.

I noticed pretty quickly that the run distance was off by about .1 miles (it was recording a 1 mile as 1.1 miles). They are supposed to come preset to fit most people, but I recommend calibrating it if you are picky about the mileage like I am.
I calibrated it and now it is accurate over the course of an entire run.

One problem I did have was that while I could upload my runs to NikePlus.com through iTunes, the runs were not showing up on my iPod except right after I finished the workout. After I had turned it off, I could only see my workout totals, but the details of any of them. It was annoying but since I could still upload them to the site, I was ok with this glitch. Then a couple days ago my iPod randomly restarted and voila! my entire run history is now showing up on my iPod.

So now, after a couple glitches/adjustments, things are great and I'm loving this product. One of my favorite features is the ability to check your progress at any point in the run and it tells you the time, distance, and current pace. Also, you occasionally hear encouraging comments from famous athletes like Lance Armstrong when you reach milestones like fastest miles and longest runs.
  • Great tool... battery is the only issue
I map my runs on (...) and the sensor was accurate to .01 mile. I measure on mapmyrun because they take into account elevation whereas regular google maps doesn't. Anyway, I didn't even calibrate the thing... I didn't have to! It is an option tho.

And then, I didn't read the book all the way through and left the sensor in the shoe and went shopping, did chores, walked to the mailbox... blah blah blah and now its been 2 weeks and I am getting a low battery warning. I will have to replace it soon but this time I will take it out of the shoe because it uses battery when in motion.

I'm training for my 1st marathon so I just adore this tool. It helps me to set my pace. I look down at the pod to look at my pace, displayed as 10'30"/mi or whatever it is... Since that is my goal pace, I can adjust as sometimes I run too fast or too slow. For the same reasons it helps with intervals :)

I also love the Nike site that keeps track of my PB times and goals... etc.
  • this is pretty good
the online charts and the tracking is really helpful and this is way better then just a regular pedometer. my only complaint is every once and a while it doesnt quite sync the first week but now it's great and i've had it for a month.
  • Beware of used sensor!!!
The nike plus system is great and easy to use but there is a great weakness in the sensor. The sensor uses a battery which is very difficult to replace. In fact, Apple and Nike suggest you buy a new one instead. Beware when buying used because there is no way of knowing how long it was used before and the battery could die very quickly.
  • Nike + IPOD sport kit
I've had this product only a few weeks now but it has already help my training tremendously. No more looking down at my watch every 30 seconds wondering when I'm going to be done with my run. I wish it automatically told me my time and pace at every mile though, instead of just the milage. But overall it's a very helpful tool.

  • Case Logic GPS Case
This Item was a gift for my daughter, she tells me that she loves it.
  • GPS will fit, but not snugly!
I was disappointed with the size of the case. Although the material is indeed very sturdy, the inner dimensions are too large for the 4.3-inch flat screen GPS to fit snugly. Because of the hard surface, and the fact that the unit moves around so much while inside, I would NOT recommend this particular product for carrying said GPS. I bought a Garmin Nuvi 755T, and although it fits, I am not happy with the way it fits. I will probably end up using this for a different item, and purchasing another case for my Nuvi.
  • Far too bulky for 4.3" Garmin devices.
I bought it for 4.3" display Garmin 255WT. This is far bulkier than other hard cases for the devices. Useful if you plan on carrying the car adapter cord, or a cellphone with the device, otherwise it very over-sized for the device.
  • Keep your GPS clean and safe.
This case fits my GPS perfect and keeps it clean. The case is smaller than it looks in the picture. It works good to carry and protect my GPS.
  • The Best Protection & Can Attach To Your Belt
I am totally sold on this case for my Nuvi large screen (4.3). It has a loop with a lock-catch that can be used to loop through your belt or belt loop on pants (or a woman can loop and lock around a purse handle etc.). It provides excellent protection inside and out. The inside has a soft material and protects against scratching and the sides, top and bottom are sturdy-durable and prevent your GPS from being damaged, even if it was dropped. I looked at the softer leather ones but in case one of mine was knocked or dropped they just won't prevent damage well. This one will, I have no doubts. Also has enough storage room for a power cord or window or dash suction cup. It's the perfect size and material for what I need when traveling.

Customer Reviews:
  • Works with 3rd Generation iPod Touch
This Belkin model F8Z184 definitely charges my 3rd gen iPod Touch. I was concerned because the package said it only supported up to 2nd gen iPod Touch. Apple did something that defeats many earlier aftermarket chargers.

I had purchased a Belkin AC wall adapter and car adapter a couple years ago for a Samsung mp3 player. The car adapter plugs into the cigarette lighter and has a USB socket on it. But when I plug in my Apple-supplied USB/dock cable, the 3G iPod Touch doesn't see it. You'd think 5VDC is 5VDC, but it's not. For some reason, the USB outlet on my computer works fine, the USB on the car adapter, no.

My friend's experience with so-called compatible chargers is even weirder: his aftermarket chargers work in some outlets in his house, but not others.

Now to specific on this Belkin design:
    - by having the cord come out the side of the lighter plug, the profile is greatly reduced. I can actually route the cable down and close my ashtray with the charger neatly inside. (I have a vehicle that's old enough to have a real ashtray with a lighter -- yes, an old fashioned lighter -- still rolling around in it.) This feature may not fit all outlets, but I'd think it would be especially good for center-console applications where you don't want the cable extending into the console.
    - the cable is a bit stiff, but functional, and is 49" long.
    - the cable is black, so it's not too noticeable
    - the black docking plug is much larger than the stock white Apple plug and almost impinges on the audio mini-plug. But they work.
    - it has a little Euro-fuse that plugs into the side instead of a tubular fuse that unscrews out the front
    - it has an LED to indicate it's receiving power.
    - if you buy one of those inexpensive AC-to-cigarette adapters, you can plug this into that and not need to buy a dedicated AC wall adapter.
    - price is a bit steep considering these things ought to be supplied with the iPod as a standard accessory, but the 3rd Gen iPod with Bluetooth, WiFi, built-in speaker and the large bright screen can really suck the power and I needed this.

Well, "need" is too much. Let's call it a blessing that I live in a country where my biggest problem is finding an iPod car charger that works....

  • saves my day
Before my iphone would ie before the day ended, now i can get home without the phone dying. No complaints for the price.
  • Good product for iphone/ipod users
Very useful and good product for iphone/ipod users. Now i can charge my device en-route to my office. Thanks
  • Nice charger
This charger is solid. It doesn't feel cheap like some of the other ones out there. Works great.
  • Excellent product
The car adapter part that plugs into the car lighter was a nice snug fit. I've bought some other car adapters in the past for other devices that would be loose and not give a good connection. When it is in place a white LED lights up to let you know that all is well.

The product packaging does not explicitly list iPhone models (e.g. iPhone, iPhone 3G, etc.), which caused me a little concern at first that I'd received the wrong product, but it did work with my iPhone 3G.

    Overall, I'm very happy.

Customer Reviews:
  • Works great...after upgrade
Router works great after upgrading the firmware...before upgrade it only worked on the computer it was wired to (defeats the purpose)... after the upgrade I haven't had any issues. Instructions for upgrading firmware can be found on linksys knowledge base.
  • pretty good
Upgraded from older wired linksys to wrt160n. Only thing I didn't like about the purchase was that it didn't tell you version number (apparently need to avoid v1 and v2). Luckily, looks like they fixed it and I received v3.
Setup took ridiculously short time (took hours on the wired one, especially since I needed to clone IP/open ports) - transferred all of my settings to new router.
Only thing I had to do was go in and edit wireless settings on laptop to allow for file/print sharing.
Very good range and signal quality.
Design looks much better than most (if not all) similarly priced wired/wireless routers.
    would recommend it
  • THE TECHNICAL SERVICE IS LAUGHABLE
i BOUGHT THIS ROUTER TO REPLACE MY NETGEAR WHICH WAS MANY YEARS OLD. wHEN linksys DID NOT WORK, i HAD TO CALL TECHNICAL SERVICE 7 TIMES BEFORE FINALLY GETTING SOMEONE TO WORK ON MY ISSUE. THE DECIDED IT WAS DEFECTIVE AND i WOULD HAVE TO MAKE even more CALLS TO GET A REPLACEMent. My calls to service were either with tech service agents who know nothing, were lazy and incoherent, disconnected me or were rude and insulting. Finally ended with someone who helped but after 4 hours could do nothing. I returned it (I don't know why that took me so long!) and bought another netgear router-it works thank goodness!
They also try to charge you 10 dollars to help you get the NEW router set up faster..unbelievable!
  • worst router ever
worst linksys router i've owned yet...rivals my opinion of D-Link routers. stay away, go find something else. the problems I have encountered...drops wireless connection intermittantly (have checked, is not my laptop), gets confused when I connect a switch to the router, denies switch access to the internet and does not allow DHCP to establish ip addresses for devices on the switch (not the switch, works great with other routers). again, stay away, has to be an embarassment for linksys to even conceive such a device.
  • Stable and reliable
This model has been very stable and reliable. There is no antenna options, but the wireless range is very good. Update the firmware to get a speed boost because the stock firmware is flakey. If you are using 802.11b - g, you will pleased with the increased speed. You may have to change 802.11n channel width to "auto" on the router and the adapter to obtain N speed. Use Auto settings to get the best speed. If you use DHCP, then just plug it in and forget the Linksys setup.

Customer Reviews:
  • does the job well
of course i do not like the style of this case however, i haven't dropped my iPhone at all since purchasing this. obviously, it does the job.
  • Review
I think the product works well.
It's light-weight and easy to remove and insert the phone into the product.
Those wishing to purchase the product should think about "color". The darker the color of the product, the more likely it will collect lint.
  • Important design flaw
I've been a big fan of Speck ipod/iphone covers for several years. I got this one because I liked the rugged look & feel of the cover.

I also listen to a lot of music off my iphone, including using it to plug into computer speakers at the office (or at home).

The problem is that, due to the inherent thickness of the cover's rubber/plastic, the hole on the upper edge that is designed to accept a speaker wire prong, simply doesn't work. For earbuds, the prong is thinner, so it works. Not so for standard computer speaker wire prongs. You can try plugging in a speaker wire prong, but due to the thickness of the rubber/plastic cover, the prong won't introduce all the way into the iphone and "settle" with a click. As a result, the prong is dangling only partially within the hole, creating a lot of harsh static sound over the speakers; and it is prone to fall out completely with movement or handling of the iphone.

The only way around it is to peel back the cover over the upper outer edge, exposing the bare iphone casing, and then plug in the speaker wire prong directly. Not an elegant solution.

I listen to a lot of music from my iPhone through computer speakers. As a result, due to this design flaw, I have unfortunately decided to return the product.

  • It's a nice case for your iPhone
LOVE the color choices! I got the Huckleberry Purple. The sleeve fits over the iPhone nicely, and it was easy to slip the phone into the case. Some of the other reviewers mentioned not being able to push some of the buttons on the keyboard because of how thick this sleeve is, I don't have a problem with this at all. This is not a hard shell, but a sturdy, hardy, plastic material. I would have given this five stars, except that at the bottom of the case it's "flappy". It was made a little too big and there is some dead space at the bottom, which I'm not sure I can get over, and will probably replace this with something else that fits a little better.
  • $31 @ the apple store
My wife bought this at the apple store, and when she brought it home I used the amazon app to bring up the same item for $17 here. I did the switch and saved $14. Hey, the app thing was their idea.

Customer Reviews:
  • Versatile and portable
    The price is great.

Nice and small, perfect for travel. I can't see a device like this being any smaller.

Changing the power adapter from one regional variation to another is as easy as pressing a button.

The only downside is that the regional adapter add-ons seem a little wobbly once installed. It isn't actually flimsy, but the wobbliness makes it seem so when pulling the adapter from an electrical socket.

Also, before leaving all of your power adapters at home, be sure to test for compatibility. I have a cell phone with a USB port that requires its own special charger and isn't compatible with any USB charging device. I found this to be the only exception and it is a limitation of my cell phone not being standards-compliant. Works great for everything else.
  • cool
This has been very handy to charge our ipods. haven't need the foreign country attachnents yet.
  • Sadly, it did not work
This is advertised as being able to charge 4 USB items, but it cannot.
It can charge a single item, but it does not appear to have the amperage to charge more.

    I tried 1 Blackberry - it worked.

I tried 2 Blackberries - it did not work.
I tried a Kindle and Blackberry - it did not work.
I tried a phone and Blackberry - - it did not work.

It should have charged all 4 items.

I really wanted this to work as I travel with 3 USB items (Kindle, Blackberry, B.T. headset).
  • Not Enough Power To Charge Kindle
I bought this since I travel frequently. I have a blackberry, ipod and kindle. The adapter doesn't have enough power to charge the kindle, the yellow charge light blinks (which indicates so).

Great design, but poor performance. I would not recommend.
  • nice, but didn't work for me
It looked very nice but didn't charge the device I bought it for( a playstation remote). Maybe it was just compatibility problem

  • Great
I don't know anything about bluetooth ear pieces except that I could never get my old one to work. This one is great - sound quality is great, it's easy to use and it's nice and small. It seems to run out of batteries all the time but I think that's normal and I always forget to charge it.
  • Works for HTC Tilt 2
This paired easily and works well. It is light and small. I also use it to listen to music. You can't beat the price.
  • Great, Affordable Bluetooth Headset
I picked this Bluetooth headset out of many online because of it's price range and customer reviews. I was not disappointed. I'd recommend this headset to anyone that would like a small, affordable Bluetooth headset with great sound.
  • @n Time is the Charm
My first head set was DOA. I had to RMA as others have noted. Cost me an Additional $3.00 to ship it back. It was in a sealed bag with no instruction sheet. I wonder aloud if it was a recycle product. I Charged the battery overnight--Nothing worked.
I recieved the 2nd one about two weeks later (post office problem). The 2nd time I recieved an instruction sheet-- no surprises.
Charged the battery. So far it is working fine. 3 stars since I had to pay the postage back for RMA and there are other reviewers that warned of the DOA problem.
  • No frustration-free
This device uses a little piece of rubber to make contact with the ear. After the first use, this piece did detach of the device and turned it unusable. The big button is hard to push, it even hurts if you try. Has a very low volume.

Premium Clear Reusable LCD Screen Protector for Amazon Kindle DX 9.7" 9.7-inch Wireless Reading Device

Premium Clear Reusable LCD Screen Protector for Amazon Kindle DX 9.7

By GTMax
Buy new: $17.99

Customer Reviews:
  • Screen protector
I like to use screen protectors because I live in a dusty environment. Its easy to put on and when and if it gets scratched its easy to remove and put a new one on. Better than buying a whole new product. I'm using my screen protector on my new Kindle DX, which I LOVE by the way!
  • Protector
The protector was fine--had to send it back when I returned the Kindle which was not acceptable.
  • $7.52 + shipping wasted ...
It could be just my clumsy fingers, but I found the screen protector difficult to apply correctly. Never did get it on right, and by the time I had it positioned reasonably straight, I had fingerprints on the sticky side that, of course, don't come off. I resigned myself to a few smudges but then encountered a million bubbles that I couldn't press out. Out of frustration, I threw it in the trash. In theory, it's a good idea, but I can't imagine it being reusable. If you get scratches on it, the reading experience isn't as enjoyable - you wouldn't reuse your cell phone protector, would you? That's just my experience - others may have better luck with it.
  • Too shiny!
It was a real hassle to apply this screen protector without leaving huge air bubbles, and was actually a bit too large to fit the screen. When I started reading with it in place, I discovered that the highly reflective surface made reading difficult. I pulled it off and threw it away.
  • Reusable screen protector
I like the screen protector for protecting the screen. I just wish it would be a matte finish so it doesn't reflect the light so much. In certain light, it is difficult to read what is on the screen.

  • Good at first...
This worked great at first. No problems or hitches whatsoever. The mic worked great with my voice-morphing apps (I actually never tried it with Skype, but I intend to), and to this day the mic still works perfectly. But a few days after I received it, one of the earbuds quit working. I have to have the metal piece PERFECTLY inserted into the iTouch and adjusted. Even the slightest nudge and I will have to adjust it again. The other earbud and the mic have always worked correctly, but the "problem earbud" worked fine for about 3 days.
  • Garbage
Sound is AWFUL. Disgusting sound for both music or talking. They do work with iPod Touch, but the sound quality puts them straight in the trash bin...
  • Working well with I-Pod touch.
We got this merchandise in a few days after placing order thru Amazon.com. The processing was very fast, easy & straightforward. Very satisfied with this product based on my son's usage for the past few weeks. My friend also bought another 2 sets of the same product from same vender after they saw what I bought for my son. I'd recommend to others if possible.
  • Not the best.
This was a total disappointment, do not purchase this product. While the microphine quality is fine, the left earbud lost sound after an hour of use. On top of that, the button on the microphone keeps getting stuck. So if you're deaf in your left ear and can't push a button, this is your product!
  • Works on my iPod Touch
Not sure why others are reporting a problem with this product working on their iPod Touch 2d generation. I simply plugged it in and it works fine on mine. Voice audio quality with the mic is excellent according to a discerning person I called. Sound quality of the earbuds is fine for Skype calls and listening to Comcast remote voicemail when away from home, but mediocre at best for listening to music--too flat, not dynamic sound quality at all. But for what I wanted it for, it does a fine job. And the price keeps going lower and lower on Amazon! Would certainly recommend it for phone and voicemail, but be sure to keep another set of better buds at hand for music.
