This product is just what I was looking for. It easily charges itself on your computer via the USB cable supplied and is very small and slim so you can carry it around with you or leave it in your car for when you need it. I currently have the iPhone 3gs and it works great, but I also used it on my old iPhone 3g and it works great on that as well.
When attached to the phone it aligns flush with the bottom of the phone which is nice. The on/off switch is convenient as well.
I have yet to find a "con" to this product.

I'm glad I bought Motorola stock the other day. I have an android and now this, super products. I also wear phonak hearing aids, and I can plug my IPOD into this DC 800 and transmit to my ICON which in turn transmit to my hearing aids. Now I can listen to music at work and nobody knows. - Wireless range is great
I use this the product to stream Pandora from my my Android phone directly to my home stereo system while docked. The ranges is great and the product works very well. - just one problem

I recently upgraded my hearing aids to a pair of Phonak aids and I purchased the phonak iCom. I did this so I could make a blue tooth pairing with my cell phone. With the Motorola Dc800 Bluetooth Stereo Gateway I am also able to hear my stereo, my TV, etc. in stereo through my hearing aids. I do not have to turn the volume up a drive the rest the family out of the room. Late at night if I want I can watch listen to music without anyone else hearing it. And I have stereo pumped through my hearing aids as I walk around the house. This is freedom for hearing aid patients like me. - Awesome!
I've had the DC800 for about 2 years. I've used it to stream mp3 music from my Motorola Q-Phone running Windows Mobile, my iPhone, and my MacBook Pro all to the DC800 which is plugged into my stereo receiver. It works fabulously. I'm able to roam quite a bit from the DC800 without losing signal. It's great to have your music in your pocket (on the couch, or cooking in the kitchen) and be able to control the music.

After a very frustrating time searching for an adapter for my LG Chocolate Touch, I found this. It fits, it works and there is no problem with hearing a call or a caller hearing me. I am able to plug in a regular, one ear headset that has a 2.5mm male connector. - Impossible to hear
Thought I'd fork out the extra dough for a Blackberry brand adapter for my Tour so that I could use previously purchased 2.5mm cell headsets and since I'd seen dodgy reviews about cheaper adapters.
Plugged it in and tried it out. The audio was quieter than a whisper with the phone volume on max. Unusable. The person on the other end seemed to be able to hear me fine.

I tried the adapter on a Blackberry Curve 8330 and it works great. Even the mute function on the headset works. Now I can use all my old earpieces from previous phones. Another advantage is that there are more headsets on the market with the 2.5 mm plug than the bigger one. Buy with confidence, it will work.

The concept is great- I was really disappointed as the only adapter that was useful was the one for my old blackberry. I bought this because it said it included adapters that fit most popular items including IPOD and this was not included. I will have to buy adapters to fit all of my electronis. - Callpod
This item arrived earlier than expected. I took it on vacation and it was a pleasure not having to pack 5 different chargers. This took care of all of my charging needs, both in the car and regular outlets. - PAY attention
Be sure to check the availability/compatability of the adapters. HINT: Not easy to do. Don't assume that all your items will have an adapter. There isn't one for my bluetooth, leaving me with nothing but a superfluous and expensive charger for my iphone. - Great for travel
Love, the concept and performance of this item. Only criticism - the case that comes with it is small and the you have to remove all the connectors to get it back in the case. The end that plugs into the outlet also could have retractable prongs. That would certainly have helped in fitting everything back in the case. Other than that, I love it. Sure beats trying to remember all the cords for blue tooth, kindle, iphone, blackberry, etc. - Haven't received it yet
I would have rated this item higher if I had received it. Both Amazon and the company sending this item DLN Enterprises are horrible with shipping. I ordered this item a month ago and never received it, when I e-mailed the sending company they said it had been returned because of a mail issue, I informed them they have my correct address and I have never had an issue receiving pagkages before so they said they would ship out another one. Well since I last heard from the rep at DLN it has been twoo weeks and still no item. I will not order from this company or amazon again.

This is a great little combo charger. The wall unit and car charger fit universally with your USB cable to adapt instantly and help charge the N1 anywhere. The expense is worth it for that funciton, but the only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is that the USB cable it comes with is only 12" long, which is too short for anyone planning on using this cable while the phone is plugged into the wall or the car. This cord is a great size for when I have my N1 plugged into my laptop at work though. If you want something inexpensive, with multiple adapters, get this.

I thought all I need was this transmitter for wireless iPod music listening capability, but I was bummed out when I found out that I needed the "Insignia NS-BT300F Bluetooth iPod Speaker Adapter" and pair it with the iPod.

The product comes with the transmitter, 2 cases for the Nano and some other iPod.
Pairing the Bluetooth took a while but finally got it, and is working fine.
You have the choice of using the SRS which is basically better sound quality, and you can press it once and you will hear a significant improvement in the sound quality, and press it one more time and the sound quality is amazing. This product in general is amazing, and I recommend it - Works well. Not made specifically for iPhone.
The listing for this product says that it is for iPhone, which is why I chose this product over the smaller Sony that would probably have fit better while using my iPhone case. This one is too wide on one side, as shown in the picture, to fit while using a protective cover or skin on your iphone.
When plugging this device in, it warns you that it is not made for iPhone (probably just like the Sony). Oh well. It works with my bluetooth headset and pairing was easy. - Finally, BT Stereo for my IPhone!

This product works well with the iPhone. When you connect it, you have to tell the iPhone not to enter Airplane mode but that is no big deal. I get the occasional drop out as other users report, but it appears to me to be related to accidentally bumping the transmitter. It's usually about a second long and is no big deal for music although I can see it being a problem for audiobooks and podcasts.
Nothing is perfect, and there are a few gotcha's. The transmitter works fine with what ever unit I pair it with, but it appears to support only 1 pairing. By this, I don't mean simultaneous parings, I mean one pairing total. I have some stereo bluetooth headphones and I have a set of portable bluetooth speakers. If I want to switch back and forth, I need to repair the devices. I tested the Sony bluetooth transmitter that has the cord connection to the headphone plug and it allowed me to pair with multiple devices so I could easy switch from speaker to headset.
The other gotcha is in the fact that it works not on the headphone jack but the dock port on the iPhone. This is good because the audio quality is better since it is all digital, but you cannot control the volume from the iPhone. So if you are listening to something with low volume in a load environment, you can only get so much volume out of it. Like I said though, the quality is better and I get no distortion like I did with the Sony transmitter when I would crank up the volume.
Other than that, it works really well. The range is more than 30 feet and the audio quality sounds good. I am happy with it. - fantastic product
